Experienced Clipper / xHarbour developer

I'm looking for someone to hire in Buenos Aires city (Argentine), should live there (or near) because he/she has to go visiting clients. Should have some knowledge | experience in clipper / x|Harbour / VXH IDE (or related GUIs) / RDDs / SQL flavours / VBasic / Delphi / C|C++ (desirable). Also some experience in client management; spanish speaking; full time not needed.
